Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital products, such as courses or downloadable materials, once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.
Services and Programs: For coaching sessions, workshops, or group programs, refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the start date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period.
Physical Products: If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards or vouchers.
Completed services or consultations.
Products or services purchased during promotional sales (unless defective).

Refund Process
